I am permanent resident of Bestech Park View Ananda, Sec-81, Gurgoan since 2022, Before purchasing I heard good market value and goodwill and reputation of Bestech Group they provide good facilities to our residents, But i am facing to many issues in this society as mentioned below in pointers :-
1) Swimming Pool is under renovation since Jan'2023 and not yet work complete, as per current working stage, it will not start this year 2023 even though we are paying money for that but money wastege.
2) Car washing person is asking money Rs.1000/- Per car/Month, Coz they are saying they have to pay Rs.700/- out of Rs.1000/- to the Car washing Contract "Dulal Car washing" just to get the contract and this is directly hit to our pocket and no is taking care in Park View Ananda maintenance office, i have compliant for the same, but no action.
3) No Visitor parking in Park View Ananda, if some one relatives visit to our home, they are facing to much problem, they have to park car outside the Park View Ananda premises. Coz Bestech group has sold all open parking just coz of small amount. Its not a good repuation of Bestech group.
4) We are paying money for Electricians / Plumber / Sweeper and etc, but we can avail any facility, Maintenance officer said its just for common issues. But we call personal to the person for same issue they we will come and ask more money for repairing work and etc. Why we can't avail these facilities even we are paying money for them.
5) We are paying INR 8000/- for CAM (Maintenance charges monthly) its too high and after that we are not getting any facility.
Then why Bestech ensure they are best service providers, Bestech doesn't provide good facility they are just getting money and making profit and nothing else they dont provide any facility and taking care.
Very bad experience with Bestech Group, Park View Ananda, Sec-81, Gurgoan.
Please treat this issue on priority basis.
