Received bills for Q4 with previous arrears of Q3 whereas bills were never received from Bestech.

Complaint related to Interest arrears charges implied while bills were never received. despite reminders no response from the team.

Called on account number but stated employee left. Cannot do anything

I am permanent resident of Bestech Park View Ananda, Sec-81, Gurgoan since 2022, Before purchasing I heard good market value and goodwill and reputation of Bestech Group they provide good facilities to our residents, But i am facing to many issues in this society as mentioned below in pointers :-
1) Swimming Pool is under renovation since Jan'2023 and not yet work complete, as per current working stage, it will not start this year...

I made a order of paneer roll of small(chotu) size and they put a order of large(lambu) size and I was on call and not paying attention while paying. When I got bill then I saw the amount of bill which was the double or more than mentioned prize of small roll and that’s not acceptable for me. Moreover they forced me to go for large one now and say that it’s your problem. This is not a good behaviour with customers and they CANT FORCE ANYONE TO PAY EXTRA. Kindly please look into this matter. One thing you guys should remember “ਧੱਕਾ ਕਰੋਗੇ ਤੁਸੀ ਅਜ ਕਿਸੇ ਨਾਲ ਕਲ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਨਾਂ ਸੇਮ ਹੀ ਹੈ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਤੇ ਧੱਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਲਿੱਤੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਹਜਮ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ।” REMEMBER THAT

Hi Sir/Madam,

As you know our daily routine has started and without Cuductor bueses are waiting on stop to take tickets wichi is waiting all our time and our traveling time has increased. Could you please think and stop the buses without Cuductor

My self Adv Rahul Marwaha i have booked 2 movie tickets for the movie sooryavanshi on daye 05/11/2021 time 1 pm. At Mohali Seats booked are vip 15&16. On reaching the movie hall we found that seats were not working and were damaged on complaint of same after 15 mins a person came and then said il get the technial person then a technician came and fixed it the whole process took 30 mins and my movie was suffered. Then a employee named vinay came who was misbehaving. This behaviour of staff and the faulty seats has caused me a lot of discomfort. Let me know what u can do in this regard or shall i move to consumer courts for same.

This is just to inform, your staff is so rude and always misbehaves with the employees of the company.
As I have met an accident today, so just grab a lift whichever comes earlier, there were only person along with me in the lift and a girl on ground floor ( Amandeep Kaur) without any batch or name plate and very crushed uniform demands me to get out of the lift.

so i want to ask is this case of four person in a lift is an option to prevent corona or to harasses company employees. Is it mandatory even if a person met an accident.

Are you guys running a business premises or a school. D'nt you guys feel it is bit insulting for others. You have only 6 lifts for 9 floors with more than 500 employees. Is it your staff has so much power to insult everybody.

Who so ever made this rule, you should change your policy with time. Earlier it was good but now it is ridiculous, idiotic and stupid.

So think over it.

This regarding plot B90 of BESTECH VIEW DHARUHERA which is kept out of gated fancing. We visited last week in head office gurugram and also had words with Mr Sumit (facility manager at site). He promised to resolve the issue but had stopped picking calls now. Kindly update whether plot B90 is taken into fence and gate. Presently looks like a colony like plot. What is the use of giving security and maintenance charges then. An early response will be appreciated.

On 25.10.2020 at around 7 pm. I Maneesh Kumar, along with my wife went for some purchases from a ground floor shop in the Bestech mall Sector 57, Gurgaon. I had a small dog weiging 3.5 kg in my lap. The gaurd at the entrance spoke rudely that I cannot go inside with the dog in my lap and that I have to leave the dog out side. This is despite the fact that there are shops selling mercandise for the dogs. This category of dog is even allowed to travel in the cabin of the aircraft. We never had trouble in past either in this mall or any other mall to enter with he in our lap. This untrained and rude gaurd left me shocked with his langauge and behavour. such a bevoiur will prevent us for vising your malls in future.

Hi sir from the last three days I have complaints to the maintenance office for fix repairing wall but still now they r not sending any plumber. And they r saying they will talked to upper flat owner. I asked to them even they r not coming what can I do they replied they don’t know . And I talked to maintenance head he said to me he can’t do anything i[censored]pper flat owner is not coming.

The corporate office head for maintenance is sheltering incompetent staff in various projects for reasons best known to him. Any complaint not being handled at the project property told to him by the residents is not taken seriously, hence seriously degrading the standards bestech group projects during sale. Recommend do not fall far there projects as they will not provide service offered during the initial stage thereby making you repent for the mistake as a tenant or the owner.

Mr jaskaran singh which was appoint ticket counter on time 8.10pm[protected]. My complaint is that jaskaran make rude behavior while i ticket booking of jhalla movie
I had booked 6 movie ticket but i had not booked because he make rude behavior and ask wait for while
Why i wait long time when i stand in que, when i turn to book ticket he book another person ticket and ask me you much time your start,

Sir, i am a tenant at tower b, flat 002, bestech park view spa next. On 15 — 16 jul 19, in the weekend hours got a severe electrical wire burning smell. Suddenly the ac stopped working and after some time, complete electricity of house tripped and i had to call upon the society help desk. The electrician came and reported that the neutral of the house in the metre box, outside the house in the common area, got burnt. He repaired it temporarily without any connector and went. Next day i found following electrical appliances not working:-
(A) washing machine spin tub
(B) tv set top box with adapter
(C) master bedroom fan.

Repair cost of them has come to rs 3000, rs 300, and rs 500. I kept on asking the technical manager to arrange for repair of my losses, for no fault of mine and due poor electrical wiring condition in the house. It took him 72 hours and 3-4 calls to come and tell me that their repair is my responsibility and no assistance will be provided. It's highly unjustified since any mishap outside house cannot be blamed on the resident. The incident could have been much grave and serious, had timely switching off appliances was not taken up by us. It may not be possible everytime. Kindly provide the necessary respite to attend to my losses and also undertake sufficient measures to ensure no recurrence. Similar incident again happened in the complete g block too now. This proves to be poor workmanship during construction. Please do the needful.

Everytime we book a movie ticket here at bestech Mall we r unable to find parking. It's always full and we have to park vehicles at far off places. At least u people should earmark separate parking for movie goers r should not book tickets for movie online if their is no parking space. Even the surface parking just opposite the mall is also full and I think that is occupied by people who visit bestech buildings in the area.

Purchased a flat from bestech group 6 months back in park view ananda, sector 81. Since then we have been chasing the builder to fix the wall of one of the room which is leaking. The wall is leaking and requires complete maintenance from outside of the building. It is a threat and risk in monsoons.
Currently almost 80 families are staying in the tower
The builder is not helping.

When I visited ur mall at mohali when I entered in underground parking, one car was in front of me and their car was in front of me and there was no security guard in parking we waited for a while the other car driver came out and called the guard, he was a sikh guard, they crossed the barrier, and no body has there to give a signal to stop.the barrier was in the air when I tried to cross the barrier, it fall at my car and damaged it, on roof no guard was there, after that sound they come and asked me to charge for barrier repair, it was there mistake, then they have tortured me my family and siEze my RC, AFTER that I my car may cought by police and seized...they r not responsible securities, , , , , you r requested to give my rc back to me ...there was no fault of me

I bought a shop at bestech centre point a block sushant lok -1 gurgaon from babylon builders private limited bestech house -124, sector -44 gurgaon in march 23/03/2010, and also paid maintenance security to bestech on same date later, after 3-4 years they build a wash room, on top of my shop which is at lower ground floor shop no lk3 without informing me, on paper it says 95 sq ft super area, but actualy it is less then 10x10 inches, they used to charge maintenance, in 2014 i observed that in my very small shop, 3 walls had lots of seepage, due to which my tents left, and i complained no of time but, after many false assurances, during that time i stopped paying them maintenance, the got my walls painted and some small repair carried out on the toilet above my shop, which i found was only a eye wash, but due there assurance, i started paying again the maintenance charges and again the seepage appeared, again my ten-tent, left because of seepage, but again i started, complaining, but nothing happen, no solution from there side, they keep sending me maintenance charges after adding interest charges, and verbally they, they tell me to, that they are suppose to look after the outside of the shop, not inside, but the fact is that the complete bestech centre point is there property, and maintenance company is also there sister concern under the name of parkview facilities

Residents daily throw their garbage in my ground floor balcony inspite of various warnings. Pradeep sharma so called the maintenance head does not even listen to this problem and also deny putting shed in that area to avoid such things. It also ignores to the emails even and did not ask his staff to take my complain seriously. He is very rude and pathetic. I have never seen a person like this.

We booked an office in bestech business towers mohali and it was conveyed that the super to covered area loading is 35% and super are is 1096 sqft. When we measures the area onsite the loading is coming more than 42% and informed the sales representative (Mohit goel & manpreet) to do the corrections in the bba and do the necessary adjustments in the price. We are asking them to get the measurement done themselves and share the loadings done...
