I received a mail from besten solutions pvt. Ltd company on march, 2015. In that mail they told that they are outsourcing online data entry outsourcing. On september 2015, I visited the office in rohini, sec-7. In that i met the director of this company buneet singh bhatia (Shame face for Singh, Cheating guy, etc..). During our meeting he had explained me the details and finally i signed the agreement with them on 29th sep 2015 for 10 seat by giving them a security deposit of Rs 250000/.The nature of the job is data entry of data from a Telecom co o[censored]K (TCS) and nearly 29 field in the form has to be filled in to complete one form. The target given to me by them for the first month was 36000 forms. But during the training of 10 days, i realized that it is impossible. I told them rather argued with buneet singh bhatia. That this is impossible. But he told me that we are in mutual understanding. so anything happens don't worry, we are with you. you continue your work. I finished work in nearly 40 days. But they terminate me for quality parameters. They don't even gave me time for quality check. They don't give any QC software also. Then only i came to know that they cheat everyone not only me. They are targeting only the security deposit. I lost nearly 15 lakh rupees because of this agreement. There is no use of complaint on this page. I am ready to face any consequences. So i am planned to attack all including director's house, besten solutions office and his family members. I don't leave even a single person including in this scam. Why i am attacking his family members means they realize that our son, brother, husband cheating everyone's life. Hereafter They don't even think to cheat another person. I am waiting for the right time. So willing people join with me. There is nothing to lose in our life my dear friends. But we register that we don't lose in any business and nobody can cheat us. We entered into an agreement with besten solutions pvt ltd, rohini, delhi for 10 seats online form filling assignment after we personally visited their office in july'2015. When we visited their office about 8 to 10 data entry operators were working. Mr. Buneet singh bhatia explained that each user would have to complete 140 forms per day and 3600 forms per months.The acess would be from 9am to 9pm (12 hours) a total of 36000 forms per month from this centre. He also explained about payment which based on percentage of quality achieved. According to him a user with abou 40-45 words per minute typing speed would be able to complete 140 forms and would have sufficient time to do a quality check every day. We also visited a reference centre in delhi (Mr. Aman) provided by mr.Buneet. We were told that they were doing this assignment for about a year now and were achieving the desired numbers with over 90% accuracy. Another centre referred by him also confirmed this over phone. We then paid the deposit of 2.5 lakhs for 10 seats.

We hired experienced data entry operators with typing speed of 50 wpm and above. Mr.Deepak from besten solutions provided training and allowed our users to practice. There are 31 fields of which the user has to enter 29 fields. Some fields have special characters which would require more time to enter.
During practice they were only attempting to learn special characters and therefore we were lenient on number of forms to be completed. The practice session went on for a month. Even at the end of one month they were not able to achieve 140 forms /user within 12 hour duration per day.


We went live in october'15 with almost 20 people working in 2 shifts from 9am to 9pm. To complete 140 forms per system a day it took almost 12 hours due to the kind of work involved and hence there was be no time to do any quality check for errors. At the of 2nd month of rework of first month we were able to achieve 35, 700 forms. However to our surprise we were able to achieve only 65% accuracy and hence were not eligible for any payment and our agreement was also terminated according to the terms & conditions of the agreement.


Now based on our experience in this work we are very sure that the target of 3600 forms per system per 26 days period with a minimum accuracy of over 85% is not possible. Both numbers and accuracy cannot be achieved together. At end of it the centre is bound to lose the deposit and no returns for the work done. It looks like a well designed scam.

Based on our experience we advice not to take this assignment. Another information is that they sent another mail in another company name, fameus solution for a similar assignment for uk proces. I found that the contact number was the same from beston solutions and a lady would talk to you promising excellent returns. Do not fall prey. Scam. Scam. Scam.

This is Minaret Technologies, from Hyderabad, We had taken 5 systems non voice project TCS project from you few months back.We believe you have designed your contract papers and your internal process in such a way that you can fool any novice entering in to this business. First you demand 3600 forms per system per month, then you say if quality is below this percentage you get that much amount, and when we go about investing by giving you deposit and investing in our internal resourcess, you come up with a game in your quality testing formula where every field is considered a mistake and it is practically not possible to do quality check as thevloging and logout is time bound, their by you showing less quality obtained and closing the project and also prove on the encrypted data which you internal resources play with.We demand 50% refund, and we expect that you keep the good will on ethical projects .

Dear Sirg, Request to you, We have received month of November 2015 but not working your product so refund next day but still not received any check or updation of your side..current 23/2/2016... So wait for reply or call before 24 hrs.
If no any update then will go for Consumer or Complain department. I have your all recoding. thx wait .Please????.

During our meeting he had explained me the details and finally i signed the agreement with them on 17th May 2015 for 10 seat by giving them a security deposit of Rs 250000/. The nature of the job is data entry of data from a Telecom co o[censored]K (TCS) and nearly 30 field in the form has to be filled in to complete one form. the target given to me by them for the first month was 33000 forms. To start with they gave me demo system for first 10 days and around 100 forms to be filled in as practice. At the time of doing the practice work i realized that completing 3300 form in 25 days is quite difficult since i could complete just around 80-90 from a day by working for 9-10 hours / day. I them spoke to mr Aditya Jain and expressed my difficulties of speed of data entry and requested him to reduce the target to[protected] forms per seat which he flatly refused and did not oblige and pushed me accept the target of 33000 forms. I had no alternative and try to compete the target. but even by working in two shift the target could not be reached near by. hence i spoke to Mr Aditya again and asked him to give an addtional 10 days so that i can try to complete the work which was flatly refused by him as well his another director by Bhatia. Then i asked them to terminate my contact and refund the deposit paid by me atleast, which they refused and told me they cannot refund the same. Now i felt that this company is trying to make money from the security deposit paid by people like us. this is a new and legal way of cheating since a startup individual one cannot estimate how much load he can take in a month in such activities. This company is very inflexible and not agreeing to any request of their partners which clearly shows their ill-intention of cheating the public. I would like some help on getting the refund of my security deposit. if any one can do so i am willing to pay the required fees for the same. I am a retired person and was interested in doing some home based job which can keep me occupied and earn some income as well. Hence i met the Director Mr Aditya Jain of this company personally for discussion. During our meeting he had explained me the details and finally i signed the agreement with them on 18th June 2015 for one seat by giving them a security deposit of Rs 40000/. The nature of the job is data entry of data from a Telecom co o[censored]K (TCS) and nearly 30 field in the form has to be filled in to complete one form. the target given to me by them for the first month was 3300 forms. To start with they gave me demo system for first 10 days and around 100 forms to be filled in as practice. Then i asked them to terminate my contact and refund the deposit paid by me atleast, which they refused and told me they cannot refund the same.
