Mr Abhay is a big cheater. He promised me to give money to my brother Sushil Kumar Kapur. He call me and said that he will want to deposited the money in the Bank Account of Sushil Kumar Kapur. He did not deposit the money in the Sushil;s account.Tanishka Infotech Pvt. Ltd company is not registered with the Govt. of India.Govt. of India gives him a notice, but he not take the notice and run away. Govt. of India forwarded the complain to the ECONOMIC OFFENCE WING, CRIME BRANCH, PUNE vide letter no. ROC/Compt./668/L1/5726 dated 06.10.2016 under section 453 of Companies Act. 2013. Penalty is impose on Webtern India Pvt. Ltd. (Abhay Chougule) is near about Rs. 28 Lakhs to 30 Lakh.

Respected sir,

It is humbly submitted that i am a housewife and struggling women from ludhiana, punjab.
In 2012 i entered into a business agreement with mr. Abhay chougule, ceo, tanishka infotech, 620, shashi vihar aprt, 1st floor, shahupuri, 1st lane, kolhapur - 416001 (Maharashtra),

According to the agreement we entered into business agreement according to which:-
1 mr. Abhay a. Chougule, ceo, tanishka infotech was to be opened a domestic ad post call centre starting with 10 seats in my premises at hno 359, gali no 7 guru ram dass nagar, kot khalsa amritsar (Punjab)

2 an amount of rs. 2, 00000 per month was to be paid to me. This amount was to be paid by mr. Abhay a. Chougule, ceo, tanishka infotech by post dated cheques.

3 i was supposed to pay rs. 1, 5, 0000 for registration fee for six monthts.

4. I had spent rs 3, 00000 for the domestic ad post call centre starting with 10 seats. (Computers, licensed softwares, work station, chairs, internet connectivity, routers, dlink hubs, air conditioners, u. P. S. Etc.)

5. According to the above agreement i gave him rs. 1, 50, 000 by bank transaction, purchacd materials for the startup of the project was supplied.

6 he had commited to give me 6 post dated cheques of rs. 2, 00000/- each for 6 months starting from 05.06.2012 but after taking the payment by cheqe in his account he deney to give cheqes

7. Because his intention was to make frauds. I was started work on assurance because i invested.

8. I was paid a salary to 10 empolye 5000 per person per month from my pocket i. E. Rs 150000 for three months.
9. I was paid electricity bill and internet bill for three months 45000 and 9900.
10. As he was not given any money only was sending mail he wil pay in next some days
11. All the email are sent from his office email that he will pay but was failed to pay all times due his fraudulent nature and intention. But now from last some days he not attending any phone call from my side


12. My husband dr rajinder kumar he was suffered with big accident in feb 2014 his left leg is damaged and his left leg is amputated above knee. Now he is handicap. Now i need my money back it will be helpful to me because i am helpless now
Please help me i shall be thankful to you.

Dear all,
Can you provide some contact details of this company I am also one of them. They cheated us also dint pay our money that is almost one lac rs. Now their no. Is off or connection not available . May be they still cheating people with some other name. I will spend one lac more to expose them but I will take all my dues from these cheaters ..

Abahay chougoley is the biggest cheater and head of the fraud company. I just thought that he is a big guy and nobody can reach him

This company (Mr. Abhay) has taken Rs 4 lakh to start the project at Jamshedpur with all legal agreement , but since last six month nothing has been done. And I am not able to contact him either.
Pls. help to get him arrest or to have police complain & recover my money. This is BOP online company.

Tanishka infotech which provide the corporate plan and many other plan and they taking the money from people and also giving the pdc but at the time of payment they are not giving any such kind of money. I have taken the ad posting plan of 75000 i have complited my work before time after qc report they are not giving the payment.
This company has taken the money from many people but at the time of payment they are not giving a single rs to his client.

Mr abhay chougule is the owner of the company even he cant speak a single word in english.He is a fraud person
And all employee like geeta accounts head, rajeswari , sunny bdo, raviraj,rubina, aarti,rohit, all staff are fraud.

Bhagwan kare ki ye company jald hi band ho jaye or iske owner ko jail ho jai abhay chougle is jindgi mai kabhi kush nahi rahega is admi nai bahoot se garib logo ka paisa khaya hai or iska staff bhi aisa hai hai. Is admi ko kadi se kadi saja milni chahiye.
