I ordered a items from this site and made online payment. Order no.14609 dated[protected]. Unfortunately, the order is under processing till date and there is no hope to receive or cancel it. There is no response by email, no phone number or a helpline. Please arrange for a refund amount of Rs 598/- to my bank account. Request this site be blocked immediately and serious action taken against the culprits.
