I am Anita Malik and have placed order No: 14977 and 17342 at your website but till date the order is under process, I have paid through online and payment is successful. My orders are not dispatched as yet, , it is getting too much late. and even dont received any refund. this is a fraud website, please help me to get my hard earned money back.
the website is not opening now. what will i do, i have tried to call them but phone ringing again and again, no response got . even complaint filed on their support email. but till date i haven't get any response from their side.,

Please help me to get my refund as soon as possible.

Fraud website cheated many people...
I have placed the order on bestpriceshop.co.in on april 14th. My order number 18885, amount deducted from paytm but no clue of product till date. Now the website itself is not opening.

Request consumer people to take strict action and arrest the owner of this shopping site.

This is the first time i am posting in consumer complaints in a hope that this issue will get...

I also placed the order on bestpriceshop.co.in on 24th and 25th march, 2017, amount deducted from my bank account but still i have not received the product. I tried to call customer care but they didn't pick up the phone. Now a days they have also changed their ip address also.
They had made the people fool. Strict action has to be initiated against this fraud online shopping site.

This website is fraud website no one can pick call even today phone rings but no one pick call. I saw hoarding of their offer on mandi house metro station and ordered a home appliance from the website. After one week i sent a follow up email and i got the reply that it will take 2 weeks to get the delivery. After that no reply from company.

Seems its another online scam where they must have duped many people. Can someone help finding these goons and recover the money.

My orders number 7984, 7793, 7985 and 7891 on www.bestpriceshop.co.in on[protected] and[protected], after that on this website in order status shows your order is place and is currently processing, after many days i tried to contact bestpriceshop customer care number bt no one pick call, and after many days i went to company address in gurgoan address is sh-26, first floor, sector 1, rataudi, gurgaon-122503 but their is no any this type company after some type on website show a new address which is 127 second floor, main jharsa road, sector 15, part 1, gurgaon - 122001 i went this address i found this place where all house number like 125, 126, 128, 129 etc but 127 is missing. They have associated themselves with paytm and asking users to do transactions not sure how paytm have given the access to do such website transactions. Such a fraud, now the website s also not working.. I am not even getting my money back... Please help getting me refund... I am belong a medial class family.

Dear sir/mam, i have ordered on march 18, 2017 through order id order #3865, order #3866, order #3867, order #3868, order #3869. But after so many calls and mails they have not giving the product delivery. They have taken advance money for these products. They are cheating to many more customers. Even till today they have not deliver a single order in market. They are cheating to peoples for making the money by giving some attractive discounted offer. Please take the appropriate action against them on urgent basis. I have write the complain on their facebook page but they have blocked me. They are totaly cheating to customers.

Can Consumer Court direct Cyber crime cell to freeze all their linked bank accounts and arrest the website fraudsters?...

Its a fraud website who is managing to loot people money.
They have associated themselves with paytm and asking users to do transactions
Not sure how paytm have given the access to do such website transactions

I have contacted from email and a lady name sneha (Not sure if fake) have responded for my general query

It could be great if paytm can help in finding such fraud and helps in refunding public amount.

My Order No. is #16365 Product Surya Accent 3 Burner Gas Stove it was placed on April 9, 2017.and Payment Method is paid through Paytm At the time of order it was showing delivery time is with in a week. But till now, I don't get any information about order shipment/ Courier Information and now site is blocked i belive on Payment Method paytm and our pm also say do shopping with paytm but now i think paytm also partner in this fraud pls tell me how i refund my money

But till now no response from their side. I send them so many mails, enquiry, complains but no response from their side. Want to know is this fake website. It has been so long i have not got my order. Coustmer care is not responding. Even noone is reciving phone and no reply back of email. I think i have been cheated. I placed order with bestpriceshop.co.in during their preview offer on 9th april. I got a confirmation email for the same. I paid money threw paytm and paytm is also involved in this fraud website.

I saw there ad on fb and have put process for 3 orders, Paid them 299*3 thru paytm.

I have ordered a Caprese Hand Held Bag Burgundy on this website on 30th March 2017. I got an order confirmation email with an order Id Order #9362 . Tried calling on there customer care number but no one is there to pick up the call. Kindly check into this matter. I paid rs 299 by my Sbi online account. Kindly check into this matter.
