We ordered a couple of items from this site and made online payment. Order no.11449 dated[protected].

Unfortunately, the order is under processing till date and there is no hope to receive or cancel it. There is no response by email, no phone number or a helpline. Please arrange for a refund amount of Rs 598/- to my bank account.

Request this site be blocked immediately and serious action taken against the culprits.

Can Consumer Court direct Cyber crime cell to freeze all their linked bank accounts and arrest the website fraudsters?

I order a product Dt.-1-April-2017 whom order no. Is #10241. Now this co. Website is not working. No phn call attended. It's a total fraud with all o[censored]s. I saw this co. Add at inside the Netaji Subhash Palace metro station. They played very bad game with us. Now any body can tell me what's going to happen ahead..????
