Bestpriceshop — Product not delivered

Hi,

I want to complaint against Paytm and Bestpriceshop because they are doing a fake business and making the people fool, I was not going to purchase online anything from this site but Paytm took my attention and paid because Paytm was the trusted site for me.

Now, its been 20 days and product is not delivered as well as there is no option to refund the money, now is it the responsibility of Paytm to help the consumers if not then why they are helping this fake websites for their benefit. Govt. should take some action for these sites and its owners.

Please get our money refunded from them and take a legal action against these fake people.
