[Resolved] Bestshoppinghub.com — Not providing me with refund when I returned item after 2 hrs

I want my refund for the order Id 775 placed on May 1, 2014. I have returned the item through their site within 2 hrs as I am not interested in any products. I have also received call next day from company and they acknowledged to cancel order and send refund my way. I have not seen any update on the website yet. They're not even responding to my emails sent on [protected]@bestshoppinghub.com
Please provide me with refund of Rs 4999.00

Finally, I received the refund.
It seems they had processed refund earlier but there were no indications\updates for it.
Their website is the worst I have seen till date. No updates there even now.
They do not sent the battery of a camera; but they promised to send it to my address. I think they sell the disputed
Items though online. Don't buy anything this site..
