I have complained in this forum earlier. Now the company person Atul has promised me that their company is ready to refund me Rs 3000 back towards the order id no 270(Rs 3999).The refund includes Rs2000 for under value product and products which I have not ordered Rs1000 towards the faulty mobile(not functioning) they have sent.They have assured me to refund within tomorrow.After getting refund from them I will update again in this consumer complain forum .

yes company has paid the amount which I have demanded.They have assured me not to cheat any other people like this and a case has been filed against them in Delhi police.So please remove this post.

Updated by INDRAMANI DHADA Today they(Atul from company side) have assured to transfer the amount Rs 2000.00 and if I will get the amount then after that I have no concern about the company.Let me update you further status soon after get back the amount.
