Better Option Propmart (P) Ltd — Delay in Crediting The Discount Amount

I booked flat in DLF Woodland Heights, Bangalore in the month of Aug 2013. Have made down payment and Home loan was sanctioned and disbursed to DLF in the month of Sept 2013. However BOP has promised me to provide discount of 4% on total cost as soon as the down payment was done. Its been almost 20 months now, haven't received my discount credit note from BOP. Called them multiple times but no luck, recently they have shifted their office from Kormangla and God knows where their new office is. Every time I call they said month end and and this continues.
