Bewerly — order not delivered

I ordered from bewerly on 8th march and it is still not delivered and webpage of the site is not loading and the contact no. Is switched off and the email address is also getting bounced. I am unable to contact the site in any manner. I have done the payment also through debit card. The price of my order was 399. If there are unable to deliver atleast refund the money or reply to the email sent
