Beyoung — I'm not receiving my order and refund

Hello,

I have not received my order 4087490 which was placed on 2nd April 2024 and I have not received refund of another order 4063918 which was cancelled on 1st April 2024.

It's been almost 2 weeks and there is no update from your end. Please look into this matter as soon as possible.
