Subject: Complaint Against Non-Delivery of Order Despite Repeated Assurances

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an order I placed on 20th June 2025 on your platform (Beyoung). The expected delivery date was 9th July 2025, but as of today (13th July 2025), the product has still not been delivered.

Despite contacting your customer support team multiple times (at least 5-6 times) via calls and messages, I have only received repeated assurances saying, "Give us 24 hours more." Unfortunately, these promises have not been fulfilled, and there has been no progress or resolution. This delay and lack of proper communication is extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

I request you to take immediate action and ensure either the delivery of the product within 48 hours or process a full refund without any further delay. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will be compelled to escalate this issue by filing a complaint with the Consumer Forum of India and sharing this experience on consumer grievance portals and social media platforms.

Looking forward to a prompt resolution.

    I had place a pre paid Order No.#5774247 on 24.05.2025 scheduled to be delivered by 31.05.2025. As per the update on the company site, the order has been placed but has not been dispatched. It has been more than 15 days since I have been asking for an update via mail and their what's app no. but with no response. There is no customer care no. on the website. Online customer service is very-2 poor.

    I want my order to be dispatched immediately or else the payment to be refunded to the source account.

      Dear Sir,
      In Reference to Order ID #5772680 with the mentioned credential, I had ordered set of 3 Polo T-shirts which were supposed to be delivered to me by 31/05/2025.
      However, I haven't received the same till 03/06/2025 and there is no support from be young team nor the website.
      The no Mentioned is in-operative and the email done on the registered id are getting blocked ([protected]@beyoung.in & [protected]@beypung.in)
      Also, the official website of the company doesn't have a cancelation tab.
      If the end user wants to cancel the order after such a pathetic customer, he/she can do that too, resulting in money been wasted,
      Hope that the forum shall look into the same and get issue resolved

        Order not yet delivered in spite of repeated attempts to contact

        I had placed a order on your website with prepaid confirmed order number 5730763, but did not get the tracking id at that time of confirmation
        I had received a call fom your side that some products were not available so that was resolved from both sides and was told that I will be receiving my order by 23 mayn2025, still I was not provide the tracking id

        exchange order not received..

        I ordered T-shirts from them on 24/03/2025 and got it on 4th April but due to sizing issue I initiated a exchange as they didn't offer any return due to their whatever reasons.         I placed order on 23rd March 2025. Until 1st April 2025 my T-Shirt was not even Shipped. This company is 420 and not to be trusted. DONT PAY THEM, DONT BUY FROM THEM.

          I bought one relaxed fit chinos. It didn't fit me well so I applied for a refund.
          I received a phone call from the customer care to know the reason behind my return for the product I explained my concern to the call person they approved the return for the product the delivery guy came and took the product and as mentioned on the website refund is done with in 4 to 5 business days its been 2 week haven't received my refund amount yet.

            I have placed an order of 4 t-shirts combo from Beyoung on 16/30/2025 and till now it is only showing me as packed.
            Since then it has not even dispatched and when I asked customer care on 19/03/2025. They said that my product has got out of stock and due to some error it has not marked has out of stock and the development team is working on it but after that when I checked it 2 days after contacting customer care. It has not been marked as "Out of Stock" till now.
            It means either they are still out of stock and the developing team has not resolved the issue or the product is "Restocked".
            They haven't responded to my mail about the same complaint from 19/03/2025 neither their customer support is contacting me for the issue.
            I am trying to contact their Whatsapp support team but they are not responding to my messages for 3 days.

              I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Beyoung for unfair business practices and an unresolved issue with my order. Below are the details of the matter:

              I placed an order with Beyoung for an item, but upon receiving it, I found that the size was too large. I contacted their support team, and they suggested an exchange instead of a return. I agreed to the exchange and received a replacement product, but unfortunately, this product was also too large.

              When I contacted Beyoung again to request an exchange, I was informed that only one exchange is allowed per product, as per their policy. Despite explaining my dissatisfaction and requesting a refund, I was denied the option for a refund. The policy mentioned by Beyoung states, "Exchanges are subject to stock availability and can be initiated only once per product, " which I find unfair and unreasonable, especially given that the exchanged product still did not meet my needs.

              I believe this is a clear case of poor customer service and unfair terms that do not allow me to fully resolve my issue, leaving me with an unsatisfactory product. I have made multiple attempts to address the matter directly with Beyoung, but they have refused to offer a refund or any further resolution.

              As a consumer, I am entitled to a fair resolution, and I am now compelled to take this matter to the Consumer Court. I request that my complaint be reviewed and necessary action be taken to ensure my rights as a consumer are upheld.

                I placed an order #4805614 from Beyoung on August 30, 2024. It was scheduled to deliver on September 5, 2024. However it has not reached till now. I have tried to connect with them on chat multiple times but their customer service agents are like robots. They asked me to wait endlessly. They don't have any calling number for better service. My amount is stuck with them and they are not able to help me at all. I would like to cancel both my active orders (#4805614 and #4855284) and get my refund. Please help me in this.

                  I placed an order from their site, however after waiting for 6 days there was no update on my order, when I inquired about the status they responded with some vague excuses. I told them that I want to cancel my order and that they should initiate a refund, but they are trying to deflect the issue and ignore my request. Looking at online reviews I've come to know that they have a system/model that exploits and steal money from the customers. Strict action must be taken against the founder and his associates. This Fraudulent site must be closed down

                    Expected delivery already lapsed. No update on delivery and already have paid in advance.

                      I had contacted support team several times and even raised ticket regarding the issue but no help whatsoever. I had placed a combo later just asked the support team how to exchange the 2 XL size product with L size. But even before I could reply or give my permission to do the same they initiated the exchange. However even after 15 days the exchange is showing processing The exchange is not even dispatched yet. I am only getting replies that it will be dispatched tomorrow since 4th april

                      Kindly solve the issue as soon as possible. On other site upon exchange request the product is picked up on the same day of delivery of the exchanged product. But on beyoung they took the product beforehand.

                            I ordered shirt on 7th April, it showed delivery by 14th April, I asked them to cancel it but they said it will be delivered within 4-5 days. They refused to cancel it.
