Complaint Against Beyoung – Wrongful Rejection of Exchange Request

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am filing this complaint against Beyoung for mishandling my exchange request.

I had placed an exchange request for an item purchased from Beyoung. However, when the delivery boy arrived for pickup, he stated that he could not view the required photos of the item and, on that basis, rejected my exchange...

I had placed a order on your website with prepaid confirmed order number 5730763, but did not get the tracking id at that time of confirmation
I had received a call fom your side that some products were not available so that was resolved from both sides and was told that I will be receiving my order by 23 mayn2025, still I was not provide the tracking id
after repeated emails to your email id I was provide the tracking id [protected]...

I ordered T-shirts from them on 24/03/2025 and got it on 4th April but due to sizing issue I initiated a exchange as they didn't offer any return due to their whatever reasons. They arranged the exchange on 7th April 2025 with order Id #RMR[protected], and it's been 19 days, and I tried reaching them, but they said that they have a lot of orders in their hand, and they are processing them so it may take time. When I ordered they said that orders will be processes within 48 hrs it has been 5 days order has yet to be processed and there is no reply or response from the company i have raised a request of estimation of the delivery data there is no response via WhatsApp chat or Mail my order id is 5603538...

I ordered 3 products worth 1746/-.. delivery was so late it takes 11 days almost.. after receiving the product there was fitting problem and also I don't like tha quantity.. so I want to return the product.. I contact them following all protocols.. it's been 24 hours and no one called me from the company.. now even no one is there to chat with me .. please help me...

Courier company is not taking return as beyoung company is not sending return label.its been more than 2 days.After getting calls also no one has taken trousers back and refund not initiated.

It has been mentioned in their return policy that the purchased item can be returned within 15 days but there is no mechanism provided on their app or site to return the purchased products. No one is available from the customer care to answers in the customer chat for the raised ticket and when we go back the ticket gets closed automatically.

They have not mentioned the customer care number in their app or site anywhere....

On 2nd September I ordered from this website beyoung.in, pick any 3 T-shirts for 1299. (ORDER 1914361) which was prepaid in full amount.
Expected delivery was 7th which was late and was supposed to be delivered on 8th September.
But the delivery man didn’t even call me and returned my product saying I was not present to receive the parcel.

Then I rescheduled delivery which was expected on 11th September but...

My product order ID 1699919 is not yet delivered but I have received a mail as delivered either return my money or deliver the product. It's a frustrating experience shall never shop from website again....

Placed my order on 12th..here is the tracking id[protected]...and it said that the order will be delivered till 17th ...but no signs off getting the product on the last date it said it would reach me... not happy with the delivery service 😶😶😶...

I ordered products from beyoung as soon as the transaction took place and my amount was deducted the products were readded to cart and I didn't received any confirmation and it doesn't appear in orders section. After trying to contact them through mail they haven't responded yet . I have shared the confirmation of the transfer of my money to their account . I would request them to refund me asap....

I bought 2 shirts from BeYoung.in on January 1, 2022.
The shirts didn't fit me so i requested a refund.
They asked me to send the shirts to the address they provided by courier as they didn't have pick up service.
I sent the shirts via courier, they accepted the order back, they confirmed that they received it.
Few days later, they called me and asked my preferred method for refund, so i asked them to Google Pay...

Hi I placed an order on 18th April and there is no COD payment mode.. and made a payment of INR 2096 and the order#[protected] and they stated that the order will be delivered within 10-15days and when trying to track the order... no update from the team and they gave a number to contact.. it is not getting connected..

please be cautious poeple and the owner is 24 years...

Subject: Complaint Against Non-Delivery of Order Despite Repeated Assurances

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an order I placed on 20th June 2025 on your platform (Beyoung). The expected delivery date was 9th July 2025, but as of today (13th July 2025), the product has still not been delivered.

Despite contacting your customer support team multiple times (at least 5-6 times) via calls and messages, I have only received repeated assurances saying, "Give us 24 hours more." Unfortunately, these promises have not been fulfilled, and there has been no progress or resolution. This delay and lack of proper communication is extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

I request you to take immediate action and ensure either the delivery of the product within 48 hours or process a full refund without any further delay. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will be compelled to escalate this issue by filing a complaint with the Consumer Forum of India and sharing this experience on consumer grievance portals and social media platforms.

Looking forward to a prompt resolution.

I had place a pre paid Order No.#5774247 on 24.05.2025 scheduled to be delivered by 31.05.2025. As per the update on the company site, the order has been placed but has not been dispatched. It has been more than 15 days since I have been asking for an update via mail and their what's app no. but with no response. There is no customer care no. on the website. Online customer service is very-2 poor.

I want my order to be dispatched immediately or else the payment to be refunded to the source account.

Dear Sir,
In Reference to Order ID #5772680 with the mentioned credential, I had ordered set of 3 Polo T-shirts which were supposed to be delivered to me by 31/05/2025.
However, I haven't received the same till 03/06/2025 and there is no support from be young team nor the website.
The no Mentioned is in-operative and the email done on the registered id are getting blocked ([protected]@beyoung.in & [protected]@beypung.in)
Also, the official website of the company doesn't have a cancelation tab.
If the end user wants to cancel the order after such a pathetic customer, he/she can do that too, resulting in money been wasted,
Hope that the forum shall look into the same and get issue resolved

I placed order on 23rd March 2025. Until 1st April 2025 my T-Shirt was not even Shipped. This company is 420 and not to be trusted. DONT PAY THEM, DONT BUY FROM THEM.

I bought one relaxed fit chinos. It didn't fit me well so I applied for a refund.
I received a phone call from the customer care to know the reason behind my return for the product I explained my concern to the call person they approved the return for the product the delivery guy came and took the product and as mentioned on the website refund is done with in 4 to 5 business days its been 2 week haven't received my refund amount yet.
