Subject: Complaint Against Non-Delivery of Order Despite Repeated Assurances
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an order I placed on 20th June 2025 on your platform (Beyoung). The expected delivery date was 9th July 2025, but as of today (13th July 2025), the product has still not been delivered.
Despite contacting your customer support team multiple times (at least 5-6 times) via calls and messages, I have only received repeated assurances saying, "Give us 24 hours more." Unfortunately, these promises have not been fulfilled, and there has been no progress or resolution. This delay and lack of proper communication is extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
I request you to take immediate action and ensure either the delivery of the product within 48 hours or process a full refund without any further delay. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will be compelled to escalate this issue by filing a complaint with the Consumer Forum of India and sharing this experience on consumer grievance portals and social media platforms.
