I ordered one
Apple 14" MacBook Pro (M2 Max, Space Gray) and
Apple 3-Year Protection Plan
on April 28, 2023 and paid by
Debit card. They debited U$ 3178.00 on April 28th (referring to the purchase value), and U$ 1 on the 29th and U$ 1 on April 30th, wrongly. They canceled my purchase and told me that a
refund was issued to my debit card (which I had
used to make the payment).
I still haven't received
the money. I was told to contact my bank which I did and
was informed that no credit was received. I literally feel like I'm being robbed of my money Was this information helpful? |
