I pay electricity bill through Canara bank mobile banking application bill pay option on 24/03/2020. I didn’t get reference number or receipt. The amount of Rs.2268 was debited from my Canara bank account. Till now didn’t reflect in my electricity bill. My account number is[protected]. My electricity consumer number is TNEB [protected].I want refund my amount or pay my electricity bill. Thanks
