Basically,
I have an account in Canara Bank

And I have activated ECS Mandate on my LIC policy

The day of ECS is 15th of every month

In the morning itself I have sufficient balance in my account

But bank didn't deducted that amount and charged me 590 rupees charge ECS RTN charges including 18% gst

I want my refund back

My branch is in Balkum, Thane (w), Maharashtra

    My student id is linked to the university yesterday, may 14, 2022. I verified all details and approved it. But today, i cannot see all those details. It is displaying previous data.

    Yesterday I have visited the canara bank palani branch for update the mobile number.I have raised mobile number change request form still not updated in account.Before some unknown mobile number is updated in my account.I don't know how they updated.I asked employee he did not answered clearly.Now i feel like insecure.Please do the needful.

        My Name is N. Jeyapragasa Narayanan (Rtd Subedar) Army. I have a defense pension saving account in Canara Bank Palanganatham SME Branch at Madurai in Tamil Nadu which a/c No is[protected].. My ATM Card validity date was expired by 2/22. The new card sent by you to my home address, where i recently vacated and settled at new residence which mentioned under. The new address also entered in Bank also. A requisition letter also submitted to the bank Manger for above issue. So you please send the New Defense saving account ATM to my new address.

          I purchased Amazon prime membership on 13 December 2021 by using UPI payment . payment successfully debited from my account and did not credited in amazon after some days amazon accepted that payment have in amazon account and I was cancel prime membership and amozon issued refund on 16 February 2022 which reference no is[protected] but refund didn't credited till today....

          Canara Bank — Cash not reflected in my account after depositing through CDM

          I've deposited cash through CDM and the money has not been credited to my account it said retracted and my cash got stuck ....

          Without any alert messages regarding ECS DR RTN SC SB charges, Canera Bank deducted two times(Charges of ₹- 590+590) from my account...
          Here I'm not even able to pay my installment charges due to certain sudden problems at my family.
          So please as soon as possible refund those charges so that I can pay installments on time and save my goodwill as well.

                Canara Bank — Didn't get my refund which is processed by Amazon

                I purchased a product on amazon on 7th January 2022 using my canara bank debit card Then I returned the product and then they processed my refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 2 feb 2022 which automatically get reflect on my account in 4 days. Still it was not reflected in my account.                 Dear banking authority,
                I have been very disturbed due to employee of canera bank, sme brand thatipur gwalior (gst no - 23AAACC6106G2Z8). Started with issues of my registered mobile and registered email if and now internet banking blocked user ID, i have written letter and application for resolving issues. But I'm stack with internet banking and atm using features.. I have to come to branch for ever transaction.
