Worst agency with bad customer service.
Don't book any tour with this agency.
We were travelling in andaman islands between 29th jan-4th feb. As per confirmation voucher, it was mentioned holiday inn beach resort (Havelock) deluxe room 4nos (Double) were booked for staying at havlock on 31st jan 2017. But without any intimation, bharat booking has changed the hotel and provided me standard category hotel (El dorido hotel, havlock) instead of providing me premium category hotel. I was trying to connect bbh my tour advisor rashi (+91-[protected]) but she doesn't even bothers to pick up client's call when her client is travelling.
What type of services you are providing?
A tour adviser who calls 4 times in a day before payment, doesn't even bother to receive a single call or listen my problem when i was in trouble? Was this information helpful? |
