I had booked a trip to Kashmir and Vaishno Devi through Bharath Booking in the month of April, and I must say, it has been one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had with a travel agency. I had high hopes for this trip, especially since it was a family vacation from Bangalore, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a series o[censored]nfortunate events.

First off, I was charged a hefty 60K for an 8-day, 7-night itinerary,...

Very bad experience with Bharat booking in delhi-manali-shimla-jaipur trip of 10 days. they have not honoured their commitment since the executive left office. no early check in provided, no rooms as shown in discussions, no good hotel in Manali (without heater facilities and lift), not a good vehicle for ths ling drive (airbags warning symbol) etc etc. Being in Manali, they don't have any tie up with snow or adventure activities so we end up in paying more in all places due to driver influence and directions. driver stops in places where the prices are high and not giving importance to sight seeing.no better stay provided to driver for rhis 10 days trip so we end up in sacrificing our time to alert the driver instead of enjoying the trip. no proper support during the travel and after the travel we need to call so many people to share our experiences. no proper response from team while hearing complaints but they are good in follow up for money. it is better to plan our own instead of spending time with them while planning trip, facing issues in travel and resolving issues after travel. they offered 10k as compensation though i donot agree with that amount. being in travel industry they need to do better than us but they risk our lives, money, time and comfort etc. i donot think of any travel with them anymore in my Life better i can plan better than them.

They offerd taxi drop service in airport and they take money from me, on last day they called and told me that no taxi can be arranged and i paid 1000 rs for taxi since i don't know the local language. Bharat booking confirmed that it is there mistake and they put the amount in my itinerary.What i do now ?

This is regarding a flight ticket from Indigo PNR number BTJU9R. According to the information from Indigo, the company had issued full refund of the ticket.

I tried communicating with the agency that was mentioned in the ticket, however, the customer care representative gave me the contact number of Agoda (Booking number[protected] and was asking me to contact them for a refund. I made several attempts, but never got them connected.

It is sceptical to know that the booking was done through booking.com but the money goes to Agoda and we have to struggle to communicate with them.

I request to do the needful for the refund.

Customer ko acchi service dene ki baate karte hai aur fasate hai.
Ek bar paise bhar diye to bhi hidden charges lete hai aur mana karne par blackmailing karte hai aur dhamkiya dete hai.
Baate first class ki karte hai aur service 3rd class ki dete hai.
Please koi bhi tour & traveling ki koi bhi deal mat kijiye.
Traveling ke nam pe ye Fraud karte hai aur logo ko fasakar paise mangte hai.

On April 14, our bus was Delhi to Nainital, Kashmiri gate se night at 10.45PM, but the time change and the place also changed (venue akshardham metro station and time 12.30 AM) .. as soon as we reached nainital. Earlier our hotel was booked in hotel vikrant (near by Mall Road) but changed in dynasty resort that too 12km away from nainital. The cab driver who was there refused to take him to the resort. We reached the resort on 15th April at 12 PM but did not even come there to take the cab. whole day was spoiled. I want my refund back which wasted my day... Otherwise i complaint higher level

I went to Burger King sec 114, ansal API, Mohali around 10 pm. I saw 2 girls and a boy leaving the door. I stood in a line and after 2 mins they came again to the burger King without staying in the line. They stood besides me. When I am trying to order, the executive Surya said that he will take the order of those 2 girls and 1 boy. I told him that they left the Burger King and again came back after 2 mins. I tried to tell him that please be aware who is first or who is not. He showed me eyes with rage. That is your customer response, made me feel like Burger King road is a cheap road side shop. Even road side shos are better because they respect the customer.

I booked gas but froudest distrobiutor...

They ask for extra gst charge but didn't give gst receipt.Bad customer service.on name of 3 star hotel gives 2 star.rude sales executive.False commitments.

My trip Experience was Bad. They have taken GST charge from me but not give me a GST bill. This is how they Tax Evade.(Taxchori). After completed your trip even they not pick up your phone for any query regarding trip. But I have already complaint the GST nodal officer by mail about their system.

Pahele jo jo bat hui thi wo vahan jake change kardete he. Paise pure leke b kam kuchchh b achcha nahi hota.cab jo bolenge wo b nahi dete. Luxury package me delux facilities hi de pate he. So I suggest to all o[censored] to don't go with Bharat Booking.

Hotels and Cab changed since day one .
WaganR was provided against the booked vehicle -Etios.
Budget hotel was provided against the booked 4 star property as per the package.
No resolution.

She have offered me 4 star hotel so I have booked with Bharat Tour But after check in hotel, it seems like a 2 star hotel. Room service, Room condition, Food everything is very bad.

So don't choose Bharat booking. and if you choose, be careful to check all details of hotel they offered. Very very bad service of Bharat booking.

Hi this is a female writing from Hyderabad.
There is a person Mr Sameer assigned to us who has not done any proper planning.

He is very rude and donot have any manners how to speak with ladies.

We donot want any booking with Bharath bookings.
We had our advance which was for a cancelled kashmir trip, that's the reason there are very neglegant.

Address this on priority.

Or they will harass you till the end of your trip.. Changing your itinary or leaving you stranded when situations are like when you are stranded at night and they say ur hotel has changed... Wow and you have to travel another 4-5 hours to reach the new hotel.. To hey tell the driver to tell me we have a new place... Wow... Horrible service... Never recomend

Bharat booking is not a good company in arranging trip. Their advisors dont understand distance and how horrible the roads are from manali to dalhousie. People who are not north indians be careful. The advisors make itenary which is physically not possible to travel.

2) bharat booking changed our hotel without informing us. Hotel was not an upgrade but down grade. Be careful they change hotels even while you are travelling and wont inform you.

3) if anyone falls sick or unwell due to winding roads they dont help but say it's your problem continue your travel we cannot arrange another hotel. But wen they want they change as per their wish.

4) their advisors vikas kapoor, disha - manager harpreet - hr, sameer - service manager and the owner sunil just leave you once the payment is made. Do not make full payment until your last day. Or they will harass you till the end.

5) they have no emergency plan, contingency plan to help guest even if your car has broken down, or anyone us sick.

It is regret to inform you that despite of my repeated requests the amount has not been refunded till date. And it's not a small amount, it's 16, 370 rs.
After waiting for more than 1 n half month, as i m calling find about the refund, but to my surprise, no such request was placed.
It is more than 45 days after booking, and still no response.
Can i expect my refund or should i just assume that bharat booking holidays bluffs its guest for encouraging bookings.

Hi have taken a trip to shimla, chandigarh, agra have booked for bharat booking holidays services online however they seem least bothered once your payment is done then its you and the driver, my driver is also a little rude and uncooperative, they changed my hotel in chandigarh without any information and i only realised it when i reached my hotel that was supposed to be booked then again travelled to another hotel which was about 20km away that hotel, my hotel rooms were also okay not good, the rooms wernt cleaned properly and after complaining the people at bharat booking holidays didnt even bother to call to find out if am ok am travelling with my kids and its really disgusting after all the money you have paid to have such services, strongly recommend not to take up a trip with them. Even their staff miss ishika was too rude on the phone when i asked her for help she raised her voice on phone

Recently last month we had been to manali, and we had a proper deal with all breakfast and dinner and vehicle will be provided in a day package they were very pleased in the begging, but as soon the payment did they fooled us.

They gave the worst condition vehicle with the worst driver so rude and pathetic. And we paid for seven peoples. We are not able to enjoy the trip. The agency has no tensions for the journey. But this bharat booking destroyed our holidays please do not travel with them it's a request to all.

I have ordered a book saneesh anesthesiology from online books store.
On fast delivery type as i needed it fast.i ordered on 13th sept and should be got in 6 days.but its 27 th still the order is not processed. They are not responding to my calls nor emails.i strongly feel they are fraud company.
I almost paid 800 rs for the book..
Kindly lodge my complaint..
