Dear Sir, i have received an SMS regarding Flat 30% Cashback offer on recharge of Rs. 1503/- of Videcon D2H on 27/12/2019 through my on line SBI INTERNET-BANKING. same amount has been deducted from account but not getting recharged.

Reference No. IGAHTARSK9 on 27th Dec- 2019

Pls, help me to re-fund the same amount and do the needful.
