I am a user of videocon d2h and have been completely harassed buy the call centre people and their automated calls. I had complained more than 10 times to stop these promotional, automated calls and messages but nothing seems to have happened. I am registered for do no disturb service but still receive these calls. I mostly work in night shift and sleep during day. I have to put my phone on dnd mode to not get disturbed during my sleep. But because of this I miss all the emergency calls from my work and family. Please save me from these unwanted calls from videocon d2h.

    Change the mobile number to -[protected] and i have called the toll free morning they have refreshed the channels but now the error is appearing again please see to that

      27.12.2021 I Raise complaint via customer care regarding i will change home from Adampakkam Chennai 98 to Velachery Chennai 42. The details all collected. One full waiting after 29hours came and removed dish suddenly left without intimate. I was waiting upto 7pm. He didn't come and not lift my call. Connection name : Vigneshwaran Register Mobile. [protected]. I approach customer care after listen my name cut my call few time. I am very upset. Finally attend one lady. She say simply will come but when ahe don't know.

          Sir/Ma'am,
          I am a user of videocon D2h service and have a connection in Puducherry. I have been noticing for the last 4 years that every after 6 months a technical problem is created for my connection and on contacting the service provider through their toll free number technician attend the issue and collect Rs. 200-500/-. Recently, I recharged my account on 24.10.2021 but still services have not resumed. Technician collected the service amount of Rs.200 without rectifying the issue. Attendants of toll free numbers are not giving any assurance and disconnecting my calls. Nodal officer number is also switched off.
          I request you to please look into the matter and initiate appropriate action against Videocon D2h.Complaint Req. No.[protected]
