Wrongly entered the recharge amount

Address: 47/2, ramamurthy colony, 3rd street peravellore.

Sir i wrongly entered the ID no.[protected], this Id is not working, so kindly revoke my amount to my bank account please. If not possible kindly activate another ID No.[protected] . I have rechareged sum of Rs.750/-...

D2H and DishTV have started OTT offerings free without any extra cost. They now offer some 6 - 7 OTT channels that you can watch on smart TV or mobile. I guess thru Watcho App.
The requirement is that you must make a recharge of at least 200 Rs per month.
I was interested and called customer care. They told me that I do not qualify as on my number some other OTT is registered.
I had availed Jiocinema but I closed the subscription long ago and at present no OTT is registered on my mobile number.
Yet they did not offer me free OTT.
Customers please note that this is ridiculous proposition. Free OTT is only available to those who have never ever availed any OTT so far.

      D2H not working since last Sunday (12 May 2024).
      Raised the complaint on Monday and they told it will be resolved in 24 hrs.
      However, it's not solved for last 5 days and even no one called for the service.
      Whenever call the customer care for the status they used to say will arrange a callback from the supervisor however no calls back.
      d2h customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        I am having D2H connection (Account No[protected] in the name of Mr. Vishwanath Chavan). From last 10 days i.e., 05-Apr-24 I was getting messages on my mobile and TV screen to rechange as previous recharge expiry was 15-Apr-24. Hence on 14-Apr-24 I recharged monthly package of Rs. 329.00. Accordingly new expiry should have been adjusted to 15-May-24 however the same was reflecting as 27-Apr-24 on television as well as on mobile message received for successful recharge. Upon contacting customer care for the same no valid justification was provided and I was provided with vauge answers to contact customer care on 27-Apr-24 to adjust the expiry (if possible at that time).

        Further on 13-Apr-24 I had erroneously recharged Rs. 329 on account No.[protected] instead of A/c[protected]. I accepted my mistake as called customer care with a request for refund of amount or credit to A/c[protected]. However customer care executives were so arrogant and unhelpful that they did not even listened to the query or request.

        I wrote a mail to D2H nodal officer on (nodalofficer.[protected]@dishd2h.com and kunal.[protected]@dishd2h.com) along with screenshot of erroneous credit transferred. However no revert has been received for the same till date.

        Further D2H website is so pathetic that it doesn't allow customer to write a complaint without attaching a PDF / JPG image of the complaint (which many mobile phones doesn't allow for screenshot). Customer care people are so arrogant that they don't listen to the query forget about providing resolution or at the last will cut the call on there own.

          I have made VIdeocon DTH recharge from Ease My Deal on 14th March 2024 at 07:00pm with amount 6130.98. But payment deducted but recharge is not made, message came that recharge is not made, refund would get in 30min. Now its of 26 hours, refund not received. Pl. send the refund.

            Last year I have recharged my D2H for one year, they told 1month extra subscription at the end of subscription. But that was not given. This year i contacted customer care and asked how much i need to pay to get 1 month offer, they told Rs 3492. I have done the recharge for the same. After recharging 1 month offer was not reflected. i called to customer care now they are telling different amount to get the offer. Before recharge Monthly recharge amount 290.41 after recharge, they changed Monthly recharge amount to 300.00.

                        Today I got a call from D2H. The truecaller flagged it as Spam but still I took it.
                        The lady said she is from d2H and I can watch rangmanch active channel on #306.
                        I told her that I am not interested and clearly told her do not activate anything on my pack.
                        She kept the phone. Later I got SMS that rangmach active has been added as per my request and revised monthly charge is RS xxx.

                        Be aware of such calls and do not take it.
                        I have raised a complaint but tomorrow I am going to deactivate that channel from my pack again.

                              2023 Amount I paid but stream box not provided.

                              On October 19th I upgrade my d2h hd set top box to d2h Stream box throgh d2h website.i paid 2023 rupees for upgradation throgh my kotak mahindra bank net banking.2023 rupees amount paid.but no confirmation message i recieved. continously around 30 minutes its shows processing... processing... finally page was error.No ticcket number i recieved.already 15 days over still now also i didn't recieved stream box...

                              In the early in the morning my mom informed me about the d2h recharged finished in oct 30th. in the afternoon 30th ocotober 2023 12:45PM i recharged with the amount of 294 RS to the ID[protected]
                              but my said that still no channels is appeared then i think it is above 300 then again i recharged with the AMOUNT OF 100 RS to the ID[protected] then after my brother informed me that we changed new setup box then i realized its our old account then i recharged to my new account with vc: [protected] with 100 RS. so pleae TRANSFER MY FUNDS TO NEW ACCOUNT VC NO: [protected]

                                Dear sir

                                I had file complaint for remote change yesterday for that I didn’t got solution yet
                                Called 8-10 times call centre number they are also not helping someone from service deck head mr Saba is not cooperating at all
                                Your service agency is suppose to come tomorrow 10.30-11.30 as per there call and message but they didn’t came and I called them 10-15 times they didn’t picked up at all.

                                Please let me know what I can do for this
