I've purchased a 3bhk flat in bharat city ph-2 but as it is not ready to move in, they have provided a 2bhk flat for lumpsum rental amount in already completed phase-1.in the peak summer, when i tried to run 1ac and a cooler in my flat, the installed prepaid energy meter got tripped. When enquired about the same with their maintenance staff, they told me that you cannot run more than 3kva sanctioned load allocated to this flat. Then, i called their head-maintenance mr. Rajesh to make an arrangement to increase the sanctioned load as per the requirement because it is peak summer and atleast sanctioned load should be such as to meet 2 acs load for a 2bhk load. But to my surprise, he replied that it's not possible because they are not having enough load arrangement from backend. This is very peculiar situation where you cannot run normal load in your 2bhk flat because they haven't made any arrangements for excess load meet. Now, i'm really regretting my decision to buy a home in such pathetic society. If anyone can move my complaints to some concerned personnel, then i will be thankful. Was this information helpful? |
