I had booked flat in bharat city phase II, J2 tower with them 9 years back and they did not do construction of this tower. So, they asked me to apply for refund from them. I applied for refund last year and they are now not giving my money back. Initially they would say that they will process refund next month, and then next month but now they are not responding at all. I’ve been calling them daily, writing mails to owners and their management but nobody cares to respond or give my refund. Please do not invest any money with this company, they wilfully commit fraud.

I've purchased a 3bhk flat in bharat city ph-2 but as it is not ready to move in, they have provided a 2bhk flat for lumpsum rental amount in already completed phase-1.in the peak summer, when i tried to run 1ac and a cooler in my flat, the installed prepaid energy meter got tripped. When enquired about the same with their maintenance staff, they told me that you cannot run more than 3kva sanctioned load allocated to this flat. Then, i called...

Dear sir, I had booked flat in Bharat City project phase I developed by BCC Infrastructures, project location is Indraprastha Yojna, Ghaziabad. recently builder has issued possesion letters.On receipt of possesion letters Builder has put his final demand note. Now when we are asking to show us flat status & also occupancy certificate/completion certificate/environmental clearances then he denying to show the same. BCC is said they had applied but it is yet not given as it is govt. job. It is illegal to move into building without oc . But they should not have released possession letter before getting oc.now if i dont pay final demand they will charge me 18%. Interest and if i take possession ot is illegal.what shall i do? The due date is 25th sep 2016.

dear sir, some of my friends have booked flat in Bharat City Project developed by BCC Infrastructures, project location is Indraprastha Yojna, Ghaziabad. recently builder has issued possesion letters to most of the buyers. as per agreement handover date was 30th Sep 2014 including grace period. On receipt of possesion letters Builder has put his final demand note. Now when we are asking BCC to show us flat status & also occupancy certificate/completion certificate/environmental clearances then he denying to show the same. BCC is saying that they have all necessary approval but will show only after clearing all dues & at the time of execution of registry. pls clarify that whether builder can offer possesion without having occupancy & completion certificates. what is GDA guildeline on this issue.
