I had booked flat at Bharat City phase 1 and paid all the money including dual meter charges, Maintenance and interest charges for delayed payment. After that twice I have inspected the flat and found out they haven't completed the fittings and interior as promised. Hence I denied to take the possession. During this time I have repeatedly asked for the firm date with completion proof as per their commitment. However my mail fell on their deaf ears. Finally due to pressure of financial institution I had to undertake the registration process . Upon completion when I asked for key they have started demanding holding charges in the tune of 3.5lacs and 1.2 lacs Maintenance charges. My question how can they demand 1) upon paying full amount along with dual meter and Maintenance obtaining NOC, flat was not handed over . 2) Till date no occupancy certificate furnished therefore how can they can ask for holding charges? As per law non completion and not providing occupancy certificate is illegal. Was this information helpful? |
