I would like to bring your kind attention regarding the monkey menace in our Society (Bharat City, Ghaziabad). Around 10-15 monkeys are there in our society and and they used to Roam tower to another tower.
Would like to highlight recent issue we faced in D2 Tower in Bharat City and similar issue faced by other residents in other towers. There were total 18 Towers in Phase 1
Below is issue in detail for our society in points:-
1- Monkeys are biting and attacking people.
2- Monkeys damaging our plants.
3- Children's are not able to go alone on Lobby because of monkey menace.
4- Monkeys are damaging our house hold from balcony and they enter in flat in search of food.
5- Around 2-3 people got attacked by these dangerous monkeys.

Sir, please its a request, take some serious action as soon as possible.

Don't book a flat here.
They will type wrong addresses in your demand letter, send emails in wrong email ids and later charge 18 percent as penalty charges.
Your money is gone, they are not even willing to pay me penalty as per RERA.
Beware and avoid Bharat city.

I had booked flat at Bharat City phase 1 and paid all the money including dual meter charges, Maintenance and interest charges for delayed payment. After that twice I have inspected the flat and found out they haven't completed the fittings and interior as promised. Hence I denied to take the possession.
