I am having con no-4262 from M/S Raj Gas Agency-Server code-143912, I have been booking on line since long.My booking no[protected] dt[protected] and booking no[protected] dt[protected] were cancelled with the remark "On the request of Consumer" and was advised to contact the supplier. supplier did not attend to my phone and I had to take leave from office on 8th Jan'15, to meet Mr Gupta Manager, because Madam, perhaps Owner of the Agency did not allow any one to enter her official chamber. I met Mr Gupta and explained my problem and informed that my both LPG cylinders have become empty and I was in Dire need of Refill. He said " when system is changed some problems ought to occur".I inquired please explain what did he mean.He asked me if I had deposited Subsidy Claim Form.I said there was still time to deposit it, moreover I shall deposit it today itself. I again asked what was its relation with my cancellation of Booking. He could not explain but offered me One Refill on my submission of Subsidy claim .I submitted it and got acknowledgement.I was handed over slip n lpgd[protected] and they were kind enough to inform Mr AVdhesh, Home Delivery Man to supply one Refil on the same Day or a day after.But after vigorous follow up with folded hands I got One Refill after eight days.I requested for another Refil and I was advised to book on line.Now, on line booking for Refill is not entertained.
I request to investigate the whole matter and inform me How many Refills had been supplied to me During last two years with full details.When shall I be getting next Refill.
