Hi, The same amount has been deducted multiple times .i.e i got my diesel refilled from Bharat Petroleum located on Shanti Path Road Delhi on 6th Apr'23 amount Rs 2330.12, the exact same amount got deducted again on 24th Apr'23 . another transaction of Rs 2688.6 was done in 14th Jun'23, this amount got deducted 4 times again on 3rd Jul'23, 11th Jul'23 & 20th Jul'23

Every time I raise a request for cylinder refill, I get the notification that the cylinder is delivered. But I never get the cylinder without making 4-5 follow-ups and complaints with BPCL. I have raised the complaint every time with BPCL, will be evident from the records. Only after raising the complaint I get the cylinder.

My distributors name is "Manav Enterprises, No 114, Shantha Residency, Bengaluru" - Pathetic service....

I with my husband visited at BPCL petrol pump (Shree Radharani) situated at budge budge M G Road, Kolkata 700137 to refill the petrol on 13.04.2024 at 6.44 PM approx in the evening.
