Dear Sir, I am the owner of LPG vide consumer No. 53883544, distributor name is Vishal Bharat, My husband is expire on dt. 10/04/2014., and i have apply for change of name from my husband to my name on month of february 2015., but till date is no reply from the distributor side., i have contact to distributor for my application he demand charges of Rs. 575/- but at the time of submission of form he asking no any charge for change of name., dear sir i am a poor widow please help me...
