Bharat Gas — customer treated refuesed words for changing request

Dear all. Myself RajeshUnnikrishnan My gas no 32715 .from 16.03.2015 to visiting pappa gas agency for bank account update and my last name wrongly enter V instead o[censored]. When I asked for their mistake .They are treated as a beggar and one of the person Mr.panneer treated me refused any Solutions. They are not doing customer service.i have lost 3rd as salary .kindly revert with solutions
