Bharat Gas — DBTL refund not done since 16 Jan 15

My consumer no is 59892534, I collected cylinder by paying 748/ on January 16, 2015, till now my bank account has not been credited. Please refund me the rest amount at the earliest.Whenever you are not providing transport facility for delivering please do not include the transport charges in the bill.Please do the needful @ the earliest.I have already visited the branch twice on 14/3/15 gave my consumer no, bank accnt details to madam siting there, no result. which is showing connected, plz look into the matter @ the earliest, or else I have to go to the consumer court.
