Bharat Gas — Delay in Gas Refill

I initially booked my Gas cylinder in the last week of December 2014. On Jan-01-2015 I received a SMS stating that my booking was cancelled. When I called the agency office they told me that cancellation had been done for all bookings due to Aadhar card submission issue. I had submitted my details long back still they did this for me. When I asked them what should be done, they asked me to re-book. I therefore booked again on Jan-06. Today its Jan-28 and I have still not received my cylinder. When I called the booking number, the IVRS system tells me that my booking ref is still available on their records and that my distributor has cleared bookings upto Jan-10. Then what happened to my booking done on Jan-06th?
