Bharat Gas — delay refill supply

I am devedra kumar connection no 17367 noticed u sir i have placed order for refill supply on dt.15.01.2014 ref.id 14731815. my refill supply is not delevered to till now and i have reminded to vijay gas service for two times by mail but after all there is not delevered my supply and not receive my call.pl requested to u send my refill supply as soon as possible.thanks u very mutch.

I have booked one refill on 28th Feb.2015 but till date(18 March) refill has not been supplied by rahul agencies Jangpura.All of customer care number of bharat gas are silent.
