Bharat Gas — Denial of service to the customer by demanding excess amount | |||
We are one of the valued customers of Bharat gas, receiving this service from your well know agency "Jayaram gas agency" near Anna Nagar. I would like to bring to your kind notice that we booked a cylinder on 10/06/2014 cons no: 24835. And today(12/06/2014) a delivery man brought the cylinder exactly at noon, and he demanded an excess amount apart from the printed bill amount. Though we accepted to pay him with Rs 10/- extra from the bill amount, he again demanded us to give extra. He also got sign in the receivers slip and entered in the customers card book and he left without delivering a cylinder. After getting sign in the receiver's slip with his forgery act he wrote in the bill as though we declined our booked cylinder and left the place without delivering. He also threatened us by saying that he will make us wander like dogs to get this cylinder from the source point, if we didn't pay him extra. This issue is not just first time happening, it has been taking over for months and years. We also made complaints to that agency so many times. Please do the actions as soon as possible to avoid further strict actions on that agency. Note: Along with this I have attached the copy our customer card. In that the man who came to deliver had signed in it, is marked as "not received". Please note it. Was this information helpful? | |||
