Bharat Gas — Gas cylinder not delivered after 1 month of booking. | |||
This is the compliant I’m raising on behalf of my father with Bharat Gas consumer no - 17285 who is a senior citizen and staying alone with my mother in Bhubaneswar and I’m staying in Chennai. My father had already booked a refill of cylinder on January 17 but till now he did not received any cylinder. When my father is enquiring about the same they are not responding at all moreover they are behaving very badly. This is not the only compliant from us lot of peoples who have gas connection from this varsha enterprises all have similar issue. If it is needed I can provide other consumer numbers also for your reference. We came to know from various sources that the gas distributing peoples are sailing those booked gas in higher price in the black market instead of giving it to the respective person. It is my request, can you please look into this matter and take necessary steps so that people will not suffer. A quick action towards this will be highly appreciated.
