Bharat Gas — I didn't get my cylinder

Dear sir/madam,
I want to complain against the bharat gas service, jatauli_haily mandi.
I have already booked a cylinder (Refill booking no: 16176)
On wednesday 25/09/2019 (07:51am) i booked my lpg cylinder through your booking system no_[protected]. It's been 6 days but still now i didn't get my cylinder.
As per the distributor not booked my lpg cylinder?
Please look into this matter and i'm waiting for your response.
