Bharat Gas — Intentional harrasment of enrolling Aadhaar

On receiving Aadhar card previous year I'v enrolled my aadhaar to my gas dealer, but till now in my LPG.in my status is showing that - my aadhaar is not enrolled with gas company. Stating all the facts I'v wrote three complaint to Bharat Gas authority bearing reference number - -303577 dt 21/11/14, ref no.- 306856 dt-24/11/14 and ref no.-365679 dt-5/01/15. After lodging complain every time I received mail with advice to submit aadhaar to gas dealer, though every time I attached copy of acknowledgement of depositing aadhar to my dealer.Now I can't understand why deliberately they denied that my aadhaar was not deposited to dealer? Lastly after receiving a call from my dealer - again I deposited xerox copy aadhaar to his office without any acknowledgement, but till now after 20 days of deposition of copy of aadhaar - my aadhaar linking status is showing same things - " please submit your aadhaar to get subsidy".
