[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Leakage of Gas

Dear Sir, My selfPuspalata Jena, At/Po:Shakuntalapur, Via-Sunguda, Dist : Jajpur, Pin-754296, Odisha, I have a Connection of Bharat Gas, Consumer No.58278874, i would like to informe you that, my Gas cylender leakage before one month i.e Aug'14, i was informed to M/s.Nigam Bharatgas Gramin Vitrak, At-Chhatia, Po-Chhatia, Dist: Jajpur-754023, Ph.No-[protected], SAP Code of Distributor : 171787 .
