[Resolved]  Bharat Gas Lpg, BPCL, Mumbai, Mahim 16 — Refill booking denied

Dear sir, I have been trying to book Refill LPG cylinder for the past4 days on[protected] on my registered land line No. 24440097 butbooking is denied saying " your mobile number is not registered ".Every time I called up for booking, the same standard reply is given.."Yourmobile is not registered ". On your site, it is clearly mentioned theoption of either land line or mobile and I have opted for a land line. So, what's the problem ? On the last two previous occasions I got the Refill bookedimmediately and I had no problem what's so ever This amounts to mentaltorture and agony to a senior citizen who is totally helpless without theRefill. I, therefore, humbly request you to kindly resolve this problempromptly. Please also feed my mobile number [protected] in your system sothat I am able to book my refill immediately without any problem.Myland line number is 24440097. My previous complaint No. 355356 (on yoursite ) remains unanswered till date Thanks and wishing you a very happy, peaceful New Year 2015. Please help me.
