Bharat Gas — LPG not delivered after 1 month

I had booked my LPG on 9thFeb 2015 but the Banani Distributor, Gariahat, kolkata made changes on their own and booked on 7th March 2015. Till today the LPG that was booked on 9th Feb 2015 was not delivered to me. Even they have not inform us about the status of my booking. When I enquired about the status, they said they will deliver it within a day. This is happening since last 7 days. Please take necessary action urgently against the Banani Distributor of Bharat Gas urgently. My consumer number: 10632 of Bharat Gas G.N Chaudhuri 1/18 Sahid nagar, Dhakuria, Kolkata - 700 031
