This is refrence of misbehaviour done by atul guta owner of BHAGVAN GAS SERVISE oprating in LAKHIMPUR-KHERI. This had became the regualar practise of atul gupta of taking in abusing language to the consumers . My name is ghanshyam agarwal consumer id num 11835 registered in home delivery serves, I had registered my cylinder approx 15 day before, now when i had gone to ask why it had not been delevired, he treted me as dog . this is doned 15 times before. now if agency is not going to take any action against him, I had to go to consumer forum.
