Bharat Gas — Misbehave to the customer

I Dr. Samsul Haque Ansary went to Bharat gas Centre, SHYAMA, Bandel, Hooghly, W.B. for service of my Oven on 11.06.2015. I submitted my oven and they told me to come after 1 hr. I went there after 1hr but the work is not completed. I wait for the completion. Suddenly two staffs of the agency angry on me and they blem me for their disturbance of work. Several rough words throughing to me. They told me to leave the place. I protest it and they again misbehave me.
