Hello Team Please need you to take action on the Navjivan Gas agency in Byculla. Customer name is Balbina who is 73 years old. Gas number 1018676. The Gas connection is on her husbands name who has already expired. She had to go 5 times to the agency and bank but still her problem is not solved. Do want to supply gas by harassing a senior citizen. I would want this problem to be solved without her being travelling to the agency as she is not keeping well.
