Sir,
I am your very old customer taking service from last 7 years and I am working in Syndicate Bank as Assistant Manager. Earlier no problem because that time I am residing in near RT Nagar, Bangalore. Recently last one month back I shifted my residence to K R Puram, Bangalore.
Earlier distributor transferred my consumer no to your gas agency Rashmi Gas agency near K RPuram railway station. There also no good service and they informed we are not delivering to your area. To transfer my connection to other agency they took one week and made me to travel here and there so many times. Afterwards when I warned them I will give complaint then they transferred it to Vinayaka Gas Agency, Vignanagar, Bangalore.
Now, I booked gas over phone on 03.07.2015 booking no[protected]. From that date till today I am calling to Vinayaka Gas agency to deliver cylinder but till today they are not delivered. How your gas agency are so carefull. Customer should call 100 times for their gas. Please clarify in this regard.
Please take action against both these agencies which are situated in K R Puram and cancel their license. They are not fit for public service. Please take this as serious complaint inform them otherwise I will go against you to Consumer forum.
