I booked a cylinder on January 23, 2015. I received a sorry message so I called the gas agency and asked about the booking status. The executive asked for the consumer number and I replied to her my consumer number and she said you will receive your gas cylinder within 3 days of time and she dropped the call. After a week again I called to the gas agency and told them that I did not received the gas cylinder yet. For that she replied your bill is in line and you will receive your gas cylinder today and I didn't receive it on that day. Again after a spam for 4 days my mother went to the gas agency and asked about the status of the gas cylinder. For that the executive handled her very harshly and didn't respond her properly and used bad words. Is this the way to treat customers? Then what is customer satisfaction mean?
