Bharat Gas — Non delevery of Refill

I Booked on 26/12/2014 for a refill benefit of money transfer to my account on 01/01/2015 a sum of Rs.326.18 as subsidy was credited to my account on 06/01/2015 Cash Memo No.290691, Message received on 07/01/2015 Refill Cylinder not delevered yet, repitted I complain regarding the above said matter verbaly to my distributer Jay hind Gas Service, 176, G.T.Road Serampore, Hooghly West Bengal, Pin-712201 but no response received.
