Bharat Gas — Not delivering my gas.

Rathi gas service is delaying gas delivery. I booked my gas on 22/11/2014 but till now it is not delivered. I complained to them but each time they promise to deliver next day. My gas cylinder has already empty. Please do something or I will go to Consumer Court.
