[Resolved] Bharat Gas — Refusing to receive application for new connection | |||
From Dr.Gireesh krishnan Consultant Maxillofacial Surgeon Malabar Medical College, Kozhikode Kerala Mobile : [protected] I, Dr.GireeshKrishnan tried to book for a new gas connection in my name from Sai Bharath gas agency, Pooladikunnu, kozhikode district, Kerala on 29-9-14. At first I went with normal offline application. But the agency did not receive my booking application as they refused to give me a gas connection with out purchasing a gas stove from them. So I did an online booking from the website of Bharathgas on 29-9-14 (id no[protected]. I took a print out and went to the same Sai bharath gas agency on[protected]. But they refused to file my online application also, telling that someone else is having connection in the same booking ID. After repeated request also they did not take my application, even though I submitted all proof. I am a doctor by profession and it is a very difficult task for me to take leave during my busy schedule and go to gas agency so many times for a connection. I tried to register a complaint online through Bharathgas website, But the complaint section was not working as the selection for type of complaint had no option in the website. I don’t know whom to approach. I hope the authorities in Bharath gas understands my problem and provide me a gas connection as soon as possible. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
