Bharat Gas — Regarding the timely delivery of booked cylinder

Sir I am a consumer of Bharat gas having consumer no 5987 under the agency name LAXMI Enterprises, N-5/541 at Indradhanu market, Nayapalli, BBSR, Odisha. I have booked a cylinder in the month of june but till now this agency has not delivered the cylinder. This happens many a times and complianed by many consumers.
