Bharat Gas — Registration for LPG subsidy

I had registered myself online sometime in november2014 pursuant to your SMS dated 22/11/2014 on my registered mobile no.[protected] for LPG subsidy. I had also furnished copy of the Aadhaar card with other details as per your format to my bank--HDFC Bank, Bodakdeo Branch, S.G.Highway, Ahmedabad-380054.I had also received your acknowledgement too.Unfortunately, I have misplaced the records I had maintained.Today, the delivery man while delivering the LPG cylinder said that we should get registered for the subsidy. My consumer no.is 17145.My LPG ID no.is[protected]. My Aadhaar Card no. is[protected]. Please help me in getting my registration done.I am a senior citizen aged 79 years. Biman Bihari Sinha
