Bharat Gas — Rejection of New Gas Connection

Hi, On 17/02/2015, I have applied for new LPG gas connection in Bangalore Indiranagar. After applying through online portal I got a mail from Local distributor that You can come and avail your new connection by submitting the required documents. But when I to avail the connection they had rejected my application and without giving any reason they told that they are not providing any new connection right now. When I asked that if you are not providing any new connection then why you had sent me the mail, as a response of this they told that the mail was just a formality.
